In 2008, Karolina Blacha – Cieślik graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Silesian University of Katowice with a master’s degree in law.
Moreover, she completed a postgraduate programme in tax and tax law at the Humanitas University of Sosnowiec. In 2016, she completed a PhD in Law at the Silesian University of Katowice, Faculty of Law and Administration.
Ms Blacha-Cieślik is qualified to work as a legal counsel and is entered on the list of legal counsels. She has been with the TDJ Group since 2006. In 2006−2010, she worked at the legal department of FAMUR SA.
Since 2011, she has been working at TDJ SA. She has sat on the Supervisory Boards of Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych Silesia SA, REMAG SA, Georyt sp. z.o.o, Odlewnia Żeliwa Śrem SA, Pioma-Odlewnia sp. z.o.o., Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Górniczych Mysłowice SA, Zamet Industry SA, FAMUR SA, Zamet-Budowa Maszyn SA, Partner SA, FAMUR Famak SA. At present, Ms Blacha-Cieślik serves on the Supervisory Boards of FAMUR Institute sp. z.o.o., Polskie Maszyny Górnicze SA and TDJ Equity IV SA.
Dorota Wyjadłowska graduated from the Cracow University of Economics in the field of Finance, Schools of Postgraduate Studies of financial and tax law at the Warsaw School of Economics as well as economic law at University of Economics in Katowice. She passed the state exam for a tax advisor and she has been placed on the tax advisors list. Professional career of Dorota Wyjadłowska is as follows:
Mirosław Bendzera graduated from the Cracow University of Economics in the field of Management and Marketing. He was a member of management bodies of such companies as Ponar Wadowice SA and Ponar Silesia SA; he also held a managerial position in Toyota Motor Poland Co. Ltd.
From 2009 to 2014 he held the position of President of Management Board at Odlewnia Żeliwa Śrem SA, Pioma-Odlewnia sp. z o.o. and at Polska Grupa Odlewnicza SA.
Between January and July 2016, he was also a member of the management board of ELGÓR+ZAMET sp. z o.o. On 1 October 2014 he took over as President of FAMUR SA. Since 21 February 2017 he has been a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Elgór+Hansen SA.
Dawid Gruszczyk graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice and Schools of Postgraduate Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.
Since 2003, he has been affiliated with the machinery industry. Between 2003 and 2008, he worked as a specialist in financial analysis at the Office of Advisers to the Management Board at the company ELGÓR+HANSEN sp. z o.o.
Starting in 2004, he held various managerial positions in ELGÓR + ZAMET sp. z o.o., including CEO position (since 1 July 2016). He has been a member of the Management Board of FAMUR SA since January 2016. Since 21 February 2017 se serves as a Secretary of the Supervisory Board of ELGÓR+HANSEN SA.
Zdzisław Szypuła graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow.
He has been working in the machinery industry since the beginning of his professional career. In 1984, he started working at Zakłady Naprawcze Taboru Kolejowego “NOWY SĄCZ” SA.
In 1999, he joined NFUG “NOWOMAG” SA, where in 2005 he became Vice-President of Management Board, and in 2009 President of Management Board, a position which he held until 2011.
After that, between 2011 and 2014, he was President of Management Board of FMG “PIOMA” SA. Then, he managed the segment of transport systems at FAMUR SA. Since 26 May 2016 he serves as a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Polskie Maszyny Górnicze SA. He has been a member of the Management Board of FAMUR SA since 2 June 2015.
Adam Toborek is a graduate of the Master of Business Administration program at Leon Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management in Warsaw. He is also a holder of diploma in physical rehabilitation from Academy of Physical Education in Katowice.
He also completed numerous managerial courses at home and abroad. He began his professional career in BRADO companies as a sales specialist and continued as a director. Then he was the President of the Management Board of Z.M. BRADO 2 SA.
Between 2001 – 2015 he worked for the Finnish Group RAMIRENT where he served as the Vice President of the Management Board of RAMIRENT Scaffolding and as a member of the Management Board of RAMIRENT SA, acting successively as the director of trade and marketing and operational director.
Starting from April 2015 he was the Vice President of the Management Board of NiUW Glinik, and one year later he became the President of the Management Board of this company. Since 2017 he has worked for FAMUR SA, serving as a Vice President of the Management Board.
